| Sale and consumption of food | -Preparation of snacks is permitted (crêpes, waffles, hot dogs, etc.) using small cooking appliances. -Distribution of food items that are not cooked on site is allowed. (No external catering services are permitted on the premises.) -Any other food preparation must be carried out in a professional kitchen and comply with current hygiene regulations. | Posters and banners | The name of the EPFL-recognized student association or teaching section must be displayed clearly on the booth. All posters and banners must be removed at the end of the event. Posters and banners cannot be displayed above La Boutique. They can only be affixed between posts or in front of tables. |
| Logistics | – A platform trolley is available on the first floor of the CM building. Tables and benches must be returned clean and arranged neatly on the platform trolley. – Trash bags must be deposited in the large trash receptacles on level 0 of the Esplanade parking garage. – Only the outdoor power outlet can be used for plugging in electrical devices. |
