Email signature 50 years

To promote EPFL’s 50th anniversary events, we invite you to use a common signature for your outbound mailings.

To ensure smooth communication and an identity that is consistent with the outside world, the defined rules must be followed for addresses in the email.

  • The first element must always be the EPFL logo.
  • The left column is reserved for school communications.
  • The specific elements of the sender information and their sequence are mandatory.
  • The order of entering the details of the sender must be respected.
  • Up to two lines are available for the name of the organizational unit at EPFL.
  • If you want to add links to your personal social networking accounts, please do it in the right column.
  • Information about the sender can be in French or English.
